Important information

  • Each tent is designed to take 4 people, this means the booking system will only accept 4 people per tent as a booking. They will take 5 people but you need to bring an extra bed. Still only put 4 people into the system or it won't work.

  • For multiple tents, please check availability and then book each tent individually. If you want to be next to eachother then you need to book sequentially i.e. 1 is next to 2, 2 is next to 3, 3 is next to 4 etc.

The Site.

Our Bell Tent Glamping ground sits within Marwell Resort. It is a site that has everything. You can stay on site and relax in our comfortable tents, walk over to the restaurant for a cozy meal or let your kids run in the park or the soft play. It's a great place for those families that like to keep active.

 

Marwell Resort offers lots of extra activities to keep your family busy during your stay.

The Tents.

 

Each tent provides an electric fire for heating on those fresh evenings all year round. The tents have cosy carpets and beds (1 double and 2 singles) with fitted sheets for your comfort. 

Please remember to bring bedding with you as pillows and duvets are not provided.

 

All cutlery and crockery including cooking utensils, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee, are available in the kitchenette in the Marquee for your use during your stay.

Each tent has two sockets and two usb sockets.

Male and female toilet and shower blocks are provided on site.

 

Dogs are allowed on to join you on your stay. However they must stay on a lead within the camping area and children's play areas. They are free to run off lead in the rest of the park.

YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS.

No noise after 11pm!  Please respect your fellow campers.

Freequently Asked Questions

1,Check in is any time after 13:00 check out is before 10:00. On the day of arrival you will be given all of the information required for you to check in via a text message, if for some reason you have not received this, please check your email. For the majority of the time a member of the team will be there to meet you, however if we are not on site for any reason you will have everything you need to check yourself in to your tent or simply just call if you have further queries.

2, This site has a marquee for you to be able to shelter during very hot weather or if it rains. It has several picnic tables and you are able to bring your BBQ under if needed. The Marquee also houses a kitchenette where you will find a microwave, kettle, tea coffee, sugar, milk in the fridge, freezer full of ice blocks for the cool box in each tent. Cutlery, crockery and food preparation utensils. We also have washing up bowls, washing up liquid, cloths, tea towels, in addition this has lighting during the evening.

3, Well behaved dogs, children, mums and dads are welcome. If anyone is seen to be disruptive then they will be told to leave. This said, the site is not a quiet site as we are very family friendly.

​

4, No noise after 23:00 or before 08:00, From 10PM we would like our guests to show extra care for their neighbours. If your neighbour is not being respectful, please do phone me at this time and I will come to site and remind the guests that being respectful is expected and anything else would not be tolerated.

5, We have male and female mains supply showers and toilets, we do not supply towels, or shampoo. We do supply hand soap.

​

6, Each tent has 1 double and 2 single beds (sheets are included but please bring pillows, duvets and towels with you). You also have, carpets, lights, electric fire, 2 sockets and 2 USB points, a picnic table and bbq. PLEASE BRING COAL WITH YOU FOR THE BBQ'S. YOU HAVE TO HIRE FIRE PITS FROM MARWELL AT THEIR RECEPTION ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN FIRE PITS.

7,You are booked into a site that is in the grounds of Marwell Resort. You can book through their web site ( www.marwellactivitycentre.co.uk ) to do extra activities, e.i. clay pigeon shooting, quad biking laser tag, canoeing, Archery etc. Also on site is a restaurant, soft play, and park.

​

8, Their are many local pubs, however all of them need to be driven to as there are no footpaths.

​

9, Their are no local train stations.

​
